Wiing brought out her stone today, it’s/she’s called Tiffany.

    Tiffany

Cute ‘lil thing isn’t she/it? Apparently that’s the inspiration stone, and for sure, the mistress of the stone was very inspired today and her suggestions were all awesome. Really liked her idea of a beating heart encased in a tank of water, pulsing and causing the liquid to resonate.

Wish I had an inspiration stone. But alas, I’ll stick to my old method for inspiration.

One word. One focus. Throw everything else away. Once I’m locked in this realm, everything comes to me faster then you can snap your fingers at a pickle. Haven’t been able to reach that state for awhile now and to do that in class is akin to suicide. One, I don’t know when I’ll snap out of it and two, it makes me tired very quickly.

Or, I can just use this for inspiration:

    100 Yen Coin

This, is a hundred yen coin.

This brings back loads of memories from traveling to my ex and the coin acts as a catalyst of sorts to give these memories much more clarity and in turn, helping me think.

Good times. Till next time then, George needs a friend, perhaps in the second part of the chronicles eh?

  • The Dust Bunny Chronicles

Through thorough observation and using diabolical experiments to gain insights into the world of the unreachable corner of doom, I realized dust accumulates quite rapidly in the absence of cleaning.

And me, being unable to sleep, have let my mind loose to wander and assimilate whatever information it found and return.

As of now, it’s still missing.

    Go take a look.

Aren’t you spoiled, two posts in a day!

The chalet was fun because of the people there and I would like to thank those who were able to make it. These are some people who deserve special mention.

Lily! For making the place less infested with ants and being all motherly. You were the awsomemost! If such a word does exist.

Pooh, for choosing the cake and starting fires. Her superior fire-starting skills can make seasoned scouts look bad.

Randy, for his awesome affinity with Singapore’s transport system. Without him, no-one would be able to get to the bungalow.

Angus, for booking the chalet, for without him, all this awesomeness wouldn’t happen.

Kevin, for his willingness to help. Thanks to him, we managed to get some ice for the drinks.

Joce, for her noodle cooking and super-sensitive senses (say this ten times fast). The only person to notice a rotting lizard in the lights of the kitchen

Sandy, for helping around the house and aided in making breakfast, she cooks great eggs. :D

Chris, for driving the rest around and being the fun and helpful dude he is.

The mosquitoes, for giving all of us hell yesterday. Even with four mozzie coils lighted. Oh, and I got bitten by a striped one. A WHITE striped one. Oh no.

Last, but certainly not least, everyone else of E24D. People who bought coal, tongs, more food and most of all, fun. No, not counting the Epok.

Thank you all so very much.

  • Go Richard, go!

I initially wanted to blog about RPWS’s beautiful performance and my tiring day yesterday, however, this, is something I feel I must do.

Meet Richard, a kindred spirit of mine of sorts, from my current favorite web-comic Looking For Group or LFG for short.

This is his music video, more of a peek into his life before joining the motley crew. Don’t know what I’m talking about? Go read the web-comic.

    Enjoy!

Watch it over and over again, memorize the lyrics and sing along!

P.S. I’ll be disabling the Songspot permanently for now, it annoys me to no end.

I’ve been a fan of POLYSICS for awhile now but can’t seem to get much of them here in Singapore.

If you don’t know, Polysics is, Wikipedia describes it as: [Polysics] are a Japanese new wave/Rock band from Tokyo”. I call it electronic awesomeness from the land of the awesome.

I’ll just share some Polysics love through some of the videos of my favorite songs.

    Pause the Songspot and enjoy!

I My Me Mine – POLYSICS

    My Sharona – POLYSICS

Each Life Each End – POLYSICS

Plus Chicker – POLYSICS (This is old, but I like it too! XD)

Last, but definitely not least, my favorite Polysics song, ever:

Peach Pie on the Beach – POLYSICS

That’s all for today, until next time everyone.

P.S. For little updates over time, check out the Twitter RSS over to the right.

Pause Sonific and Play. You don’t have to know much Japanese to understand it.

    Enjoy. :)

    - Finished Kafka on the Shore. Again. Really love that book.

    - Finished replaying Fable: The Lost Chapters.

    - Finished replaying Knights of the Old Republic 2 on the PC.

    - Finished replaying all my PS3 titles.

I’m still trying to re-work my writing. Won’t be entering it in the coming competition though, the romance comes too late and it’s kinda dark.

Today, I’m bored stiff, so, I’ve scoured the net and found an interesting video. Remember the post over here? The silly Pitagora Switch Algorithm Dance.

Well, this is not a dance, but it’s of some cool Rube Goldberg machines. Cute and fun.

    Enjoy!

    Remember to pause the Songspot!
